据新华社北京11月15日电 国家足球青训中心15日在京正式挂牌，国务委员谌贻琴出席仪式并揭牌。她强调，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，按照全国足球工作会议部署，以国家足球青训中心为引领，加快推进足球青训体系建设，为中国足球振兴发展夯实根基。
谌贻琴指出，建设国家足球青训中心是落实党中央、国务院关于足球振兴发展决策部署的重大举措。要借鉴足球发达国家先进经验，从我国实际出发，努力把国家足球青训中心建设成为全国五级青训中心“总部基地”、国字号青少年梯队“大本营”、优秀青训教练员培养“根据地”。要选优配强教练员等技术团队，完善服务保障体系，加快培养具有国际竞争力的足球人才。
谌贻琴强调，要加强顶层设计，分层分类指导各级足球青训中心建设，构建梯次培养、逐级输送、衔接有序的足球人才培养选拔通道，厚植中国足球人才基础。
国家足球青训中心是依托国家奥林匹克体育中心现有资源建设，集“训赛科教医”于一体的高水平国家足球后备人才培养基地。
